Heavy traffic has built up on the A5 between Carrog and Glyndyfrdwy due to a fallen tree along the road.
Traffic Wales have confirmed on social media that emergency services are currently at the scene.
The debris is thought to be near Parc Petrol Station Eastbound.
Drivers are being warned to take care if traveling in the area.
Traffic reports suggest it is also affecting traffic between Corwen and Llangollen.
UPDATE: The debris has now been removed from the road.
