A greyhound staying with a Flintshire animal rescue is still searching for her forever home one year after she arrived.

Magic has been with Skylor’s Animal Rescue in Dobshill for exactly a year and so far is still on the search for the right family to adopt her.

The four turning five-year-old originally came from the Haven Rescue in Ireland and has been described as very loving and playful.

Magic is currently in a foster home with two other greyhounds and the rescue has said that she likes her home comforts. She is house trained and a very confident dog with a big personality.

The rescue said that she is good with other dogs, having previously been kennelled with others and is being socialised with other dogs in her foster home.

The rescue has described her as “mouthy” during playtime with other dogs and so while she loves to play and be “totally goofy” the rescue has recommended that he be muzzled during play time when living with other dogs.

Magic walks well on a lead and can live with older children who are over the age of eight.

However, she is not cat friendly and is not able to live with small pets.

Magic is fully vaccinated, chipped, neutered, and flea and worm treated.

The rescue says that she can be rehomed UK-wide if your family is right for her. Home checks and an adoption fee do apply.
