PLANS to build homes on the site of a car dealership are amongst the latest applications to be submitted to Flintshire Council.
The proposals would see six four-bedroom detached houses being built on the Sealand Road site, which is currently home to the Jones Motor Company used car dealership - which has a larger site in Llandudno Junction.

The application would also include associated garages and a storage area on a gated site.
Other notable planning applications recently submitted to Flintshire Council are as follows:
- Erection of five industrial units with ancillary office space at Northern Gateway (Former Corus Garden City site), Welsh Road, Garden City.
- Replacement home at Tithe Barn, Cae Ap Edward Junction To Tithe Barn Junction, Llanfynydd.
- Demolition of existing bungalow - development of four number detached homes at Redroof, The Catch, Halkyn.
- Proposed erection of a terrace of three number two-bedroom starter homes on vacant brownfield site between Low Nook & Sefton House, Corwen Road, Treuddyn.
- Proposed erection of a total of eight handmade timber glamping pods for guests along with provisions for recycling/waste at Top Pen-Y-Parc Farm, Pant Y Goff, Halkyn.
