It's that time of year when exams are over, and the summer signals the end of the school years.
For many Year 11 students across the region, it means a celebration with prom.
It's a chance for youngsters to mark the end of GCSEs in style, with gowns and suits the main dress code.
The Leader was able to attend several of these glittering occasions, and we will be sharing photos from them across the week.
Today features Ysgol Morgan Llwyd, in Wrexham, Year 11 prom, held at the Grosvenor Hotel Pulford.
