A 26-year-old man has appeared in court today accused of causing a teen’s death by careless driving while unfit through drink.
Marcus Pasley, of Llantysilio, Llangollen, was accused of causing the death of Abby Hill last July at Berwyn, Llangollen, while driving a Renault car.
Following the hearing at Llandudno, he was remanded on unconditional bail until a hearing on July 6 at Mold crown court.
