A PLANNING application to build 21 new homes near Holywell is amongst the latest submitted to Flintshire County Council.
The application is centred around land on Rhewl Fawr Road in Penyffordd, near Holywell.
The site consists of a single field, north of Coed Mor.
The proposals would include a mixture of detached and semi-detached three-bedroom houses, including three parking spaces for each of the homes.
Other notable planning applications submitted to Flintshire Council in the last week are as follows:
- Proposed Lawful Development Certificate for use of Bryn Heulog, Fisheries Hill, Ysceifiog as dwelling and residential curtilage (the land immediately surrounding the property).
- Proposed change of use of 140, High Street, Connahs Quay to retain area of commercial unit but create a single living unit to rear of property.
- Extension of Aspire to Inspire women's gym, in Buckley, to upstairs unit - formerly home to an arts unit.
- Change of use of 140, High Street, Connahs Quay, to retain area of commercial unit but creation of a single living unit to tear of property.
