Colleagues have completed a challenge that saw them climbing up Snowdon to raise money for Dynamic, a Wrexham based charity.

When Alison Davies-Tipping decided she wanted to raise funds for Dynamic, as a way of thanking them for the support provided to her family, she approached her colleagues for their support.

Dynamic, based at Bradbury House, Salisbury Road, Wrexham, provides out-of-school activities for children and young people with disabilities.

Alison said: “When I approached my colleagues; Jason Hughes, Becky Wilkins, Elly Mackay, Matt Thomas and Tom Garner to climb Snowdon they were immediately on board.

“They all knew of Dynamic and the fantastic support we have received as a family and wanted to do their bit to help.

“The challenge itself was tough but made so much easier knowing we had each other to keep us going. We would like to thank every single person who sponsored us, their well-wishes and donations really did spur us on.”

The group had an early 4 am start and faced some very tricky weather conditions on their climb with 60 mph winds and freezing temperatures. The group raised an incredible £945 completing their challenge.
