Wrexham AFC fans across Wales (and beyond) are organising their trip down to Wembley, with bus seats selling as quickly as they’re made available.

The club has organised 89 coaches, priced at £45 per person for a return trip, for fans to get to Wembley ready for the final.

The coaches will depart from various sites across the town by 9am on the day of the final.

  • The obvious first location is the Racecourse Ground (via both Mold Road and Crispin Lane), and has parking available via Glyndwr University car park, with 650 spaces available.
  • Another is Waterworld where parking will be available via Waterworld and library car parks, with 532 spaces available.
  • Ysgol Clywedog is the third with parking available via Ruthin Road, and 150 spaces available.​

The club said: “Where possible, coaches will take the M40 route to Wembley Stadium. It should also be noted that, under the Sporting Events (Control of Alcohol) Act 1985, no alcohol will be permitted on board the coaches

There are also various clubs around Wrexham that have organised their own buses. The Brymbo Sports and Social Complex’s bus will depart at 8.45am and were selling seats for £40.

Gwersyllt Park cricket club also has its own bus, selling at £40 a seat. Llay United Youth Football Club announced that their bus has sold out but they do have a reserve list should anyone change their minds.

Further afield, the South Wales Reds/Cochion De Cymru will have two full coaches departing from Cardigan with pickups in Carmarthen/ Llanelli/ Swansea/Port Talbot/ Bridgend/Cardiff/Newport.

They said on Facebook that they have a reserve list for a possible third bus and that the return journey to Wembley would be the bargain fare of only £35.
