Some residents of Llangollen, particularly those living on the other side of the town, have raised concerns over being unable to cast their vote in the elections as a result of that work.

However, Denbighshire County Council has been quick to reassure residents that the 2020 project work will not stand in their way when voting tonight.

A spokesperson for DCC said: "Essential night works being carried out as part of the Llangollen 2020 project will be amended on Thursday, May 5.
