Nearly nine in 10 adults in Flintshire have received two doses of a Covid-19 vaccine, figures reveal.
Public Health Wales data shows 109,309 people aged 18 and over have been given both doses of a vaccine up to January 16 – 87% of the area's adults.
They make up part of the 112,615 people who have been given at least one jab – 90% of the over-18 population.
Figures also show 2,670 16 and 17-year-olds in Flintshire (78% of the age group) and 5,051 12 to 15-year-olds (60%) had received a first dose by then.
The data for each age group in the area shows:
16 to 17 – 1,885 fully vaccinated (55%)
18 to 29 – 15,899 fully vaccinated (78%)
30 to 39 – 14,943 fully vaccinated (75%)
40 to 49 – 16,498 fully vaccinated (85%)
50 to 54 – 10,850 fully vaccinated (91%)
55 to 59 – 10,815 fully vaccinated (92%)
60 to 64 – 9,296 fully vaccinated (93%)
65 to 69 – 8,146 fully vaccinated (95%)
70 to 74 – 9,124 fully vaccinated (97%)
75 to 79 – 6,284 fully vaccinated (97%)
80 and over – 7,454 fully vaccinated (97%)
Across Wales, 2.3 million people have had both doses, equating to 85% of the over-12 population, while 2.5 million (91%) have had at least one dose and 1.8 million people (65%) have had a booster vaccination.
