POLICE are looking into fresh reports of number plate thefts in the Wrexham area.
In recent weeks, local police have warned people to vigilant to an increase of this type of theft.
And on evening Monday (January 17) and into the early hours of Tuesday, two more thefts of number of plates have been reported - with one in Brymbo and another in Brynteg.
Anyone who has information on these incidents is urged to contact North Wales Police quoting reference B007759 for the Brymbo theft, and B008111 for Brynteg.
Police are urging people to secure plates, which can either be done at most reputable garages or by purchasing number plate security screws.
