Welcome to the world little ones.

Have you welcomed a new arrival to the family?

We would love to see your pictures of your adorable bundles of joy.

Most of you will have greeted your new baby under covid restrictions, a very different and daunting experience.

Many will be making the most of grandparent cuddles and fuss from friends.

Or maybe you have a unique story to tell or would like to share your gratitude to hospital staff.

And of course naming your new arrival is a big deal.

Baby name inspiration can spring from a variety of sources, including plants and animals; especially during a pandemic that has made us appreciate the value of nature.

New research from Play Like Mum has revealed the wildlife inspired baby names that are the most popular as well as the most unique in the UK and the US.

Top three for girls are Poppy, Daisy and Holly, with the boys being Robin, River and Woody.

If you would like a photograph of your baby to appear on our pages, and on our website, then please get in touch. You can fill in our Q&A using the link at the end of this article or email your details to claire.pierce@newsquest.co.uk
