Regular police patrols will be conducted around the Ysgol Bryn Garth area to prevent the use of motorbikes.
The bikes are reportedly only being used occasionally on land near the school, in Pen-y-ffordd, Holywell, but permission is needed to be able to use the land.
A spokesperson said: "This land is owned by Flintshire County Council and you will require permission from them to use the land. Therefore, any activity of this nature is prohibited and is to stop with immediate effect."
The Flintshire North Neighbourhood Team have asked if anyone knows the people responsible, "please speak with them and advise them of the above."
