SPEED checks have been carried out in a Wrexham village - with very few motorists found to be speeding.
North Wales Police PCSO Dean Sawyer has been monitoring the speed of drivers in Bronnington this afternoon (Sunday, January 9).
Just 3 vehicles were found to be speeding out of the 98 checked by the officer.
Those found speeding were given warnings and residents in the area are reminded to continue to watch their speed when driving.
A statement from North Wales Police regarding the checks read: "PCSO Dean Sawyer completed speed monitoring this Afternoon on the A495 in Bronington. 98 vehicles were checked and three were recorded speeding. The Drivers have been warned. Please watch your speed in that area."
