Planning applications.
PLANS an extension of Village Bakery's Wrexham site is amongst the latest applications to be submitted to the council.
The company submitted plans to build a new warehouse on Coed Aben Road on Wrexham Industrial Estate.
Other notable applications recently received by Wrexham Council are as follows:
- Plans for erection of a house at 224 Holt Road, Wrexham.
- Erection of a house at Hillcroft, Wrexham Road, Pentre Bychan.
- Construction of a new access of a classified highway at 52, Bronywaun, Chirk.
- Change of use of land from agricultural yard to farm waste collection, storage and distribution at cattle shelter, Burgess Lane, Penley/
- Erection of garage and domestic storage room with new access gates and posts at 1 Ashley Court, Holt.
- Conservation area consent for demolition of existing dwelling and erection of replacement dwelling with associated single garage at Wynona, Station Road, Rossett.
- Erection of new modular building to be used as playgroup at Marford Community Centre, Pant Lane, Marford.
