Here are the latest Covid-19 figures for North Wales.
THERE have been more than 2,000 new cases of covid recorded in Wales.
In the latest update from Public Health Wales on Friday, it was reported that 2,271 people have tested positive for the virus in the last 24 hour period.
Sadly, eight people died after a positive test during the same period, taking the death total to 6,428.
Of these new cases, 557 were in the Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board area here in North Wales.
The new cases in North Wales can be broken down to:
- Gwynedd - 155
- Flintshire - 111
- Wrexham - 108
- Anglesey - 68
- Denbighshire - 64
- Conwy - 51
The total number of recorded cases in Wales is 516,146.
