A SERVICE station in Flintshire could be demolished to make way for a mixture of terraced housing and apartments.
Flintshire Council has received an application to flatten Abermoddu Service Station, home to Aber Motors on Hawarden Road.
The subsequent development would see the erection of 3 two-bedroom terraced houses and 4 two-bedroom apartments, with associated parking and turning.
Other notable applications received by Flintshire Council in the last fortnight include:
- Construction of a replacement dwellinghouse following demolition of the existing dwellinghouse and ancillary outbuilding on site at 17 Dee Road, Talacre.
- Change of use of the existing servants quarters to 4 studio units for holiday let Bryn Gwyn Hall, Pen Y Cefn Road, Caerwys.
- Conversion of vacant commercial premises to form a mixed used commercial premises at ground floor with HMO unit behind and above 11 Chester Road West, Shotton.
