WEST Mercia Police are appealing for information following a collision near the Powys border in which a woman sadly died.
At 3.30pm on Saturday, November 20, officers received a report of a collision between a blue Isuzu TF Rodeo and a blue Citroen C3 on the A488 north of Clun.
Officers, West Midlands Ambulance and Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue services attended.
Sadly, a passenger in the Citroen, a 53-year-old woman from Rotherham, died.
Other passengers in the same car were treated for a minor injuries.
The cars were recovered and the road reopened around 9pm.
Officers are asking anyone who may have seen the incident to get in touch.
