A REFUSAL of plans for a HMO in Deeside is amongst the latest applications decided on by Flintshire Council.

  • Approved change of use from shop to financial services office at 36 High Street, Mold.
  • Approved change of use from a betting shop to an aesthetics clinic at ground floor premises at 7 Chester Street, Mold.
  • Approved change of use from a commercial office to a single household dwelling at Adams Consulting Fron Deg, Clayton Road, Mold.
  • Refusal of plans for alterations to the existing dwelling, and one new dwelling-house at Rhianfa, Ffordd Bryngwyn, Gwernymynydd.
  • Refusal of plans for conversion of redundant barn to form a single dwelling at Ty Newydd, Ffordd Nercwys, Treuddyn.
