A FLINTSHIRE fitness brand which takes its classes all across the county is celebrating 'going from strength to strength' as it hits its first anniversary.

Shake by Samantha was launched this time last year by Sam Boden with the aim of helping people with both their mental and physical well-being.

On Wednesday, November 10, Shake celebrated its first birthday in style in Northop through some dancing and socialising.

Reflecting on the last year, Sam said: "What a year it's been. I hope Shake brings happiness, stress relief and uplifts everyone that attends. I can’t wait to continue helping others through something that I absolutely love.

"To my customers, I would like to say a big thank you so so so much for choosing my classes and for all of your support always."

Shake recently raised £841 for mental health charity MIND through a series of dance sessions.

The evening of celebration was held after the brand new fitness class ‘Shake Dance Fitness’ has gone from strength to strength in it’s first year.

The session has now gone on to reach 4 Flintshire locations, including recently hitting the gym scene at PT Fitness Mold and Energie Fitness Deeside.

Running as a franchise, the one-year anniversary event also marked the date of taking their first Instructor on board.

Shake Dance Fitness is now looking to recruit more enthusiastic, energetic Instructors who want to positively touch the lives of others through dance, fitness and great music.
