A DRINK drive arrest was made after a car flipped and crashed into the garden of a Flintshire's property.
The incident occurred shortly before 7pm on Saturday (November 6) on The Highway in Hawarden.
A family member of the occupant of the house told the Leader they were sitting in their front room when the incident occurred - but thankfully were unharmed.
A 23-year-old man was subsequently arrested on suspicion of drink driving, North Wales Police said.
A spokesperson for the force said: "We received a call at 6.58pm on Saturday, November 6 reporting a single vehicle RTC [road traffic collision] on The Highway in Hawarden.
"Officers attended and a 23-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of driving whilst under the influence of alcohol.
"Our enquiries into this incident are ongoing."
