A FOOTBALL club in Flintshire has been boosted by a generous donation from a local masonic lodge.
Mynydd Isa Football Club has recently received a donation of £200 from Buckley Masonic Lodge.
The club, which has 361 junior 106 senior played registered, will use the money to train new coaches.
Nicola Sciarrillo, a volunteer member at the club, said: "Mynydd Isa Football Club has seen an influx in new members of late, particularly within the girls teams.
"The money will be used to train our new coaches at the club, who volunteer their time every week to coach the players.
"Support from local organisations is key to the continued growth of the club."
