Telford Magistrates Court
A MAN from Whitchurch is due to appear in Telford Magistrates' Court on Monday charged causing a death by careless or inconsiderate driving.
Mark Hughes, 27, and from Edgeley Gardens, is accused of causing the death of Danni Pitchford, 35 and of Whixall, late last year.
The incident occurred on the B5935 Sedgeford on the morning of December 22 and saw Mr Pitchford, a scaffolder, die at the scene.
Hughes is due to appear at Telford Magistrates Court to enter a plea at 10am.
