A FLINTSHIRE housing company has scooped over a dozen national awards.

Ewloe-based Redrow won 13 awards at the UK Property Awards 2021.

One of these was for its Millstone View development in Penymynydd - which will deliver a total of 181 homes, all taken from the Redrow’s Arts & Crafts influenced Heritage Collection, which combines traditional looking exteriors with bright, modern interiors.

The company will find out on October 29 whether any of its winners, including Millstone View, has achieved the highest level of accolade – the coveted Five Star award – during the ceremony at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London.

Now in its 28th year, the UK Property Awards are judged by an independent panel of over 80 industry experts and cover over 45 different residential and commercial categories.

Judging focuses on design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability. The judging panel is chaired by House of Lords members Lord Caithness, Lord Best, and Lord Waverley.

Matt Grayson, Redrow’s group customer & marketing director, said: “The UK Property Awards represent a mark of excellence for the winners. We’re pleased to have been recognised in 12 of the regional categories for a mix of our developments and individual show homes, which demonstrates we are pushing the envelope in terms of both development and interior design.

“We’re also particularly thrilled to have received a national award for our website redrow.co.uk following our rebrand brand refresh earlier this year. We look forward to the ceremony on October 29 and are keeping our fingers crossed for some five star winners.”
