A WREXHAM man who damaged a police cell door has been ordered to pay compensation.
Shaun Powell, of Little Mountain Court in Gatewen Village appeared at Bromley Magistrates Court on September 29.
The 38-year-old had admitted that on August 18 at Bexleyheath custody he damaged a custody cell door belonging to Metropolitan Police, as well as using threatening or abusive words or behaviour on that date at Premier Inn Sidcup.
Powell was made the subject of a one year community order with a 60 day alcohol abstinence requirement.
He was also ordered to pay £100 in compensation, a £95 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
