STOCKTON sprinter Richard Kilty has been dealt a devastating blow as the 32-year-old looks set to lose his Olympic silver medal from the Tokyo Olympics.
Kilty represented Great Britain at the rerranged games and came second in the 4x100m relay losing out marginally to Italy in the finals.
Kilty ran with CJ Ujah who was provsionally suspended when his first test taken at the games returned a positive result. Following another sample, Ujah has returned another positive test of Ostarine and S-23.
The case has now been referred to the Court of Arbitration for Sport Anti-Doping Division (CAS ADD) but Kilty, Ujah, Nethaneel Mitchell-Blake and Zharnel Hughes almost look certain to lose their medals.
The court division will consider the finding of an anti-doping rule violation and the disqualification of the British relay team, the International Testing Agency said.
