Stori a Chân

Have fun sharing rhymes and stories with your baby or toddler! Sharing books and coming to story-rhyme times are fun and a great way to help under fives develop their listening, thinking and talking skills. The bilingual Stori a Chân sessions are held at Wrexham Library every Thursday afternoon, starting from September 16, at 2pm, and they are free of charge so why not come along?

Health and wellbeing books

All of Wrexham’s libraries have books to help and support you through life. These books can cover many aspects and conditions and each week our social media platforms highlight a different topic. This week the focus is on fibromyalgia. Fibromyalgia is a condition that causes widespread pain and extreme tiredness and our libraries have books which can help you to live with this condition. Titles include Fibromyalgia – The Treatment Guide, The Woman’s Fibromyalgia Toolkit, Living With Fibromyalgia, and The Fibromyalgia Healing Diet. Please contact your local library if you would like to order one of these titles.

Don’t forget...

All of our library buildings are now open fully. You will no longer have to make an appointment to visit. Please make sure you wear a face covering unless you exempt as it is a legal requirement to do so in Wales. We would also ask that you sanitise your hands on arrival and maintain a good social distance whenever you can. We look forward to welcoming you back!
