A MAN has appeared in court accused of robbery at a Wrexham shop of £150 and having a knife.
Philip Hughes, of Bridge Street in Wrexham, is accused of the robbery at the town’s 'International Mini Market' in Pen y Bryn on September 5.
Prosecutor James Neary at Llandudno court sought a remand the 35-year-old in custody.
Defence solicitor Nia Dawson made no application for bail.
District judge Gwyn Jones remanded him in custody until October 8 at Mold Crown Court.
