'A NUMBER of items' were recovered by police after a suspected burglary at a supermarket in Wrexham.
North Wales Police said officers were called in the early hours of Sunday morning to reports of "suspicious activity" in the Wynnstay area of Ruabon, whereby they found out a burglary had taken place at a Tesco store in Cefn Mawr.
A spokesperson for the force said: "A number of items were found in a vehicle nearby.
"The vehicle has been seized and officer enquiries are currently ongoing.
"If you were in the area and saw anything suspicious overnight, please contact us via our website or by calling 101 and quoting reference number 21000617366."
