A MOTORCYCLIST has reportedly been airlifted to hospital after a 'serious' crash in Deeside.
Emergency services, including the air ambulance, were called to the incident which occurred on Chester Road West in Queensferry, near the fire station, on Thursday evening.
Eye-witnesses say it involved a car and a motorbike.
Initial reports suggest the motorcyclist has sustained serious injuries and has been airlifted to the major trauma unit at the Royal Stoke Hospital.
Police have confirmed the collision has been cleared and the road has now reopened.
