WREXHAM is the 582nd sexiest place in the UK, according to a new sex map.
The town's 65,692 residents have spent more on their sexual pleasure since lockdown to escape the stresses of the pandemic.
Sexual happiness brand Lovehoney has ranked all the main population centres in Wales to discover where sexual activity is highest.
Wrexham was the 20th highest ranked town in Wales. The Welsh list was topped by Aberystwyth.
Wrexham is sexier than Flintshire according to the map, with Deeside coming 858th and Flint 547th.
Denbighshire limps behind in the sexiness stakes, with Prestatyn (937th), Ruthin (1,363rd), and Llangollen (1,370th).
However, the map rates Chester at 304th on the sexy scale - a whopping 278 places above Wrexham.
A Lovehoney spokeswoman said: “Wrexham in the UK's 582nd sexiest place with a rise in sexual activity since lockdown.
“We have seen a huge surge in activity in region around Wrexham as singles and couples look to escape the pressures of lockdown by experimenting more sexually.
“All our data shows that couples with great sex lives enjoy higher overall levels of happiness.”
The figures are based on Lovehoney’s extensive data on the UK’s sexual behaviour.
Lovehoney, the UK’s biggest sex toy retailer, is booming with sales of more than £100 million annually.
In April, the Bath-based firm received the Queen’s Award for Enterprise for boosting UK exports.
