THERE have been 113 new cases of coronavirus recorded in Wales as a whole.

In the latest figures published by Public Health Wales, the total number of cases recorded up until June 10 since the pandemic began now stands at 213,524.

There was one additional covid-related death recorded.

Of the 113 new cases recorded in Wales, 35 were in the Betsi Cadwalader Health Board region.

These can be broken down to:

  • Anglesey 3
  • Conwy 10
  • Denbighshire 9
  • Flintshire 4
  • Gwynedd 6
  • Wrexham 3

The seven-day rolling infection rate in Wales is now 12.4 cases per 100,000 members of the population.

In North Wales, four local authority areas now have rates higher than the national average in Wales.
