SEVERAL new Deeside-based planning applications have been received and decided on by Flintshire Council.

Plans have been submitted for a rear extension and loft conversion, including a dormer roof extension at 7 Manor Road in Sealand.

There is also a proposal for a single storey rear extension on 11 Eurgain Avenue in Connahs Quay.

Others applications include:

  • Proposed two storey side and a single storey rear extension and demolition of existing extensions and garage at 42 High Park in Hawarden
  • A conservatory to side/rear of property at Glenshee on Ewloe Place in Buckley
  • Extension at 10 St Ethelwolds Street in Queensferry

Plans for a single storey extension to the rear of a detached house at 84 Richmond Road in Connah's Quay have been refused.

The extension would have been to provide a ground floor bathroom and bedroom.

  • Approved plans for the demolition of existing conservatory and construction of replacement extension at 56 Mancot Way in Mancot
  • Approved plans for the installation of external plant, associated vents, enclosure and 2 no. satellite dishes at The Co-operative Food Queensferry Industrial Estate on Chester Road in Deeside.
  • Approved plans for a single storey rear extension at 28 Raewood Avenue in Hawarden
  • Approved plans for a single storey rear extension at 5 Oak Tree Close in Buckley
  • Approved plans for a single storey extension to the existing house at Inglewood, Alltami Road, Buckley.
