A FLINT man has been handed a community order after he admitted committing a sex act in public.
Rafal Pawel Kolodziej, of Chester Road, appeared at Mold Magistrates Court on Monday.
The 30-year-old admitted that on April 9 in Queensferry, he committed a sex act outraging public decency.
Kolodziej was made the subject of a community order requiring him to abstain from consuming any alcohol throughout a period of 45 days.
He was ordered to pay a £95 victim surcharge and costs of £85.
