AN area of "wasteland" in Caergwrle could be the site of a new home.
Plans submitted to Flintshire Council seek permission to build a three-bed detached home, parking and associated works on a site to the rear of a doctor's surgery in High Street.
According to a design and access statement, the proposed development would "enhance and improve" the site.
It explains: "The existing site sits behind a doctor’s surgery and has a shared access with an existing garage. The site is currently wasteland.
" It is felt that the proposal would enhance and improve the visual aspect of the site within the Conservation Area with the implementation of enhanced landscaping."
