'May the Fourth be with you!"
Today marks Star Wars Day, an unofficial commemorative day to celebrate the Star Wars franchise, created by George Lucas.
Since Star Wars: A New Hope hit cinema screens in 1977 the cultural impact and longevity of the films - as well as the books, toys and video games - is unrivalled.
Whether you were introduced to franchise through the original trilogy on the cinema screen, VHS or television - or later via the prequels or sequels - you will undoubtedly have a Star Wars memory.
And with more movies in the pipeline, as well as television series staring fan favourites the Mandalorian, Boba Fett, Obi Wan Kenobi, and Ahsoka Tano in the pipeline, there is much more to come.
With the rise of the popularity of cosplay, fans now regularly dress as their favourite Star Wars characters to attend comic conventions, such as Wales Comic Con which was held in Wrexham before relocating to Telford. Dressing up is no longer just for Halloween. Star Wars characters - particularly baddies Darth Vader and Kylo Ken - are also still a popular choice for children on World Book Day.
What is your first Star Wars memory? Have your ever cosplayed as a Star Wars character? Did you child dress as Darth Vader for World Book Day? Let us know in the comments or share your photos on our Facebook page.
