A MOTORIST whose car was uninsured was stopped by police in Wrexham - before they made a secondary discovery.
North Wales Police's Roads Policing Unit says the stop was made in Acrefair just before midnight on Wednesday.
As well as the 24-year-old driver not being insured, he also tested positive for cannabis and was arrested on suspicion of drug driving, police said.
Patrols of the area during the evening also discovered other vehicles being driven without insurance and a man was arrested in Corwen on suspicion of drink driving.
