A WREXHAM teenager has received a fine and a conditional discharge after he admitted having an offensive weapon and a class B drug.
Dylan James Teare, of New Road, appeared at Mold Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
The 19-year-old admitted that on December 27 last year, at Westminster Road in Wrexham, he had in his possession a quantity of cannabis and a knuckleduster.
For possession of the knuckleduster in a public place, Teare was fined £150 and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34, as well as £85 costs.
The court ordered that the weapon be forfeited and destroyed.
Teare received a 12 month conditional discharge in respect of the possession of cannabis.
