A WREXHAM man has been fined and banned from driving after failing to provide a specimen for analysis.
Nathan Robert Edwards, of Australia Street in Ponciau, appeared at Mold Magistrates Court on Monday.
The 30-year-old admitted that on November 12 last year at the North Wales Police custody facility in Llay, when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis he failed without reasonable excuse to do so.
He was fined £120 and was ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge, as well as £85 costs.
Edwards was disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.
