A MERSEYSIDE man has been fined after he admitted possessing a class B drug in Flintshire.
James Donohue, of Woolfall Crescent in Huyton, appeared at Mold Magistrates Court on Friday.
The 21-year-old admitted that on October 5 last year at Caerwys, he had in his possession a quantity of cannabis, a controlled drug of class B.
Donohue received a fine of £186 and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34, as well as £85 costs.
