A FLINTSHIRE man has received a conditional discharge after admitting possession of cannabis.
Peter Junior Kelly, of Colinwood Avenue in Broughton, appeared at Mold Magistrates Court on Friday.
The 20-year-old admitted that on November 4 last year in Holway he had in his possession a quantity of cannabis, a controlled drug of class B.
Kelly received a nine month conditional discharge and was ordered to pay a £22 victim surcharge as well as £85 costs.
