A SHOP manager from Flintshire died from suspected alcohol-related liver cirrhosis, an inquest heard.
Michael Graham Jones, of Woodlands Road in Mold, died on February 24 at Wrexham Maelor Hospital.
On Monday (March 1) an inquest was opened into the 42-year-old's death during a brief hearing in County Hall in Ruthin.
It heard that a post-mortem examination into Mr Jones' death found that he had suffered multi organ failure as a result of liver cirrhosis due to alcohol dependence.
A full inquest was adjourned to a date to be fixed.
