THIS IS the moment a horse brought traffic to a standstill by bolting the down the A55 in Flintshire.
Jack Dugdale caught the incident on his dashcam on the expressway near Broughton just before 8am on Tuesday.
He shared the footage social media along with the caption: "Well this was unexpected."
It shows the animal galloping towards him near the central reservation heading in the opposite direction.
Jack explained that the driver of a lorry had stopped about 10 cars ahead of him - and he soon realised why when the horse came bounding past.
The horse is believed to have been later captured and returned safely to its owner.
