HERE are a list of planning applications for Buckley which have recently been approved by Flintshire Council.
A new standalone building; a wraparound childcare facility with additional site at Westwood Community Primary School.
The application was approved on February 10.
Also approved, as of February 12, was a prefabricated apex roof concrete garage to 12 Church Road in Buckley and on February 13, permission was given for a garden room at 42 Mayfield Drive in Buckley.
The installation of a flue and a 500kw thermal output biomass heating system at Thorncliffe Building Supplies Ltd, Ewloe Barns Industrial Estate, was granted permission on February 8.
Also approved was the screening opinion for construction of residential development and associated works at Land off Liverpool Road, Buckley.
This was approved on February 13.
Applications received for the Buckley area but awaiting a decision include:
- Single storey rear extension at 7 Mornington Crescent, Drury, Buckley, CH7 3DT.
- Conversion of garage and a rear extension at 9 Ffordd Dol Gwyn, Buckley, Flintshire, CH7 2DQ.
- Application for approval of details reserved by condition no 3 (Materials) attached to Planning Permission reference 061692 at Lyndale, 52 Megs Lane, Buckley, Flintshire, CH7 2AG.
