Some special reader moments lead this trip down memory lane, as well as photos from the Leader archives.
The recent passing of a stalwart of Wrexham Golf Club led to a rather lovely and special trip to the past for one Wrexham man.
Jim Johnson, 83, was Head of the Art Department at the Groves School, in Wrexham, and it was in this role that he is most remembered by Terry McCarthy, 69, from Rhostyllen.
Then 13-year-old Terry was a student at the school and was chosen by Mr Johnson as the subject for the class to draw in an art lesson.
At the end of the lesson he gave the one he drew to Terry to take home and keep.
Terry's wife said: "My mother-in-law gave it to me, and I had it reframed and now we have it hanging up in our lounge."
