With so many more of us working from home just now, our pets have never had so much of our attention - and we theirs.

From a dog at your feet, cat seeking the warmth of your laptop or a budgie on your shoulder during a video call, your furry, feathered and fluffy 'colleagues' have been a mostly welcome addition to the working day.

To celebrate this new executive role of our pets, boosting owner morale, we asked readers to share pictures and give them the credit they deserve.

I'd you would like to see your pet in our regular creature feature, use the link at the end of the article, or email claire.pierce@newsquest.co.uk
