POLICE have arrested a man in connection with an "offensive graffiti" incident in Wrexham.
North Wales Police has confirmed that officers investigating the incident at a property on Merlin Street in Johnstown have arrested a 27-year-old local man.
Police said he has been released on police bail pending further inquires.
