A WREXHAM county councillor has been left "absolutely appalled" fly tipping in his area.
Cllr Andrew Atkinson, of Gresford, made the shocking discovery on Springfield Lane in the village.
Cllr Atkinson says he has arranged for Wrexham Council to search through the rubbish to in the hope of finding personal information that leads to identifying the culprits.
He said: "Absolutely appalled that some people think it's acceptable to do this. This is Springfield Lane in our beautiful village.
"I've asked enforcement to call out and they're performing a search for personal information that leads to finding out who's rubbish it was.
"As a reminder please be very careful when arranging for people from Facebook selling sites etc to take your rubbish away. Ask where they're taking it and if they're a licensed waste carrier as YOU will also be liable as it's your waste."
