I'M A CELEB contestant Vernon Kay has released another video as he isolates in Anglesey.

The third video was taken whilst the tv presenter enjoyed a run.

The presenter is currently isolating in Angelsey, at a farm house, ahead of the show.

He said: "Whilst we've been in quarantine waiting to go in the castle, I have been isolating alone because obviously the kids are at school and Tess has been doing Strictly Come Dancing.

"So, finding myself doing running and everything that is in the house - golf putting, the golf net, the weights, Xbox. But I've got into running again.

"When I say I've got into running, I hate it. But it is something that I've done pretty much all my life.

"Once you get going, once you get past that initial pain stage, the first big step, it is quite enjoyable.

"And the countryside around here in Wales, oh it is stunning. It really is. Everyone is so nice. Not that I stop and speak to people, because I can't, but I put my head down and wave hello and off we go again."

Another video, published on Instagram on Monday, November 10, was taken from his first night in isolation in Anglesey.

In the video he states: "It is my first evening of lockdown prior to going into the castle in North Wales.

"I am here all alone in the middle of nowhere in Anglesey - secret location.

"This is going out once I've been announced or once I'm in the castle

"First night, really peaceful.

"Just look at the moon - lighting up the evening sky."

Vernon took to Instagram after the line-up for the 20th series was confirmed on Sunday.

In a video, he revealed that prior to going into the castle in North Wales, he and his other campmates have been isolating, separately, in 'beautiful farm houses and bed and breakfast hotels'

Presenter Vernon is among the latest crop of celebs for the popular show.

Other celebrities entering the castle include broadcaster and journalist - Victoria Derbyshire; star of stage and screen – Shane Richie; paralympic gold medallist – Hollie Arnold; Radio 1 DJ – Jordan North; Corrie icon – Beverley Callard; Ballroom Dancer – AJ Pritchard; author and podcaster – Giovanna Fletcher; Olympic legend – Sir Mo Farah and EastEnders soap star – Jessica Plummer.

Vernon said he has signed up to I’m A Celebrity to make his two daughters proud.

And the star admits it is all down to daughters, Phoebe and Amber, that he has agreed to join his fellow celebrities in the Welsh camp this year even though he knows he will be a big softie and cry.

One hundred per cent I will cry,” said the TV entertainer.

β€œMy favourite movie is Forrest Gump. I have seen it at least 100 times and I cry every time I watch it.

β€œBut I am excited about doing I’m a Celebrity. The physical and mental challenges will be really interesting.

β€œI am also looking forward to finding out who my camp mates are and building relationships with those guys - finding out who they are and what makes them who they are.

β€œMainly though I am doing it for my daughters, Phoebe and Amber.”
