A MOTORIST who was spotted driving "erratically" by police on the A55 turned out to have no licence, was allegedly "intoxicated" and was said to be carrying an offensive weapon.
North Wales Police's Intercept Team says that the vehicle was stopped on the A55 on Saturday evening.
Following stopping the vehicle to have a "chat" with the driver regarding the so-called erratic driving, officers found that not only did he have no licence (meaning no insurance), he was also allegedly "intoxicated" and had a knuckle duster in his possession.
The male was subsequently arrested and charged with all four alleged offences, and will appear in court at a later date, police said.
